Design guidelines are individually developed "looks" for each identified neighbourhood to help shape the "character" or "look" of an area.

Design Guidelines are adopted by Council and are part of the Area or Neighbourhood Plans. They are applied on a case by case basis, consistent with the overall objectives established by Council.
