Industrial Land Strategy (ILS)

Coquitlam's Industrial Land Strategy plans for the provisions of a sufficient and appropriate supply of serviced industrial and business park land to meet the evolving needs of a healthy economy and create the potential for residents to work closer to home.

It also monitors the efficient use of industrial and business park lands by responding to the changing need of industry. The ILS for Coquitlam addresses the pending shortage of “well located” industrial lands in the Greater Vancouver region.

Scope of Work:

A multi-phased process to undertake development of the strategy is envisioned. A draft of the ILS is available for review. Draft Strategy (4MB)
