Coquitlam's Strategic Transportation Plan.

The Northeast Coquitlam Area Plan (NECAP) is a policy framework that serves as a foundation to guide the preparation of more detailed neighbourhood-based and service plans.

Design Guidelines guide the design response for development in an area or a neighbourhood, and are applied on a case by case basis, consistent with the overall objectives established by Council.

City of Coquitlam's Multiculturalism Strategic Plan

Building on Coquitlam's strengths, the City developed an Economic Action Plan to enhance long-term fundamentals of the local economy and to better position Coquitlam as part of the regional economy.

The City completes a five-year financial plan, which is updated every year to ensure responsible money management that relates directly to the priorities identified by the community.

The Affordable Housing Strategy sets out a framework and specific actions that the City will take to address housing needs in Coquitlam.

This strategic look at Coquitlam’s industrial lands is an important step in the City’s response in working towards employment targets included in the City’s Regional Context Statement.
