If you pay your property taxes through your financial institution by internet banking or telephone banking, or if your taxes are paid via your mortgage company, it is no longer necessary to manually complete the application form and mail or drop it off to us. Online home owner grant will be available from June 1st to Dec 31st each year only.

Online Donations for the Animal Shelter

Cash donations will be used to directly benefit the animals, such as to acquire specialized equipment and provide a fund for extraordinary veterinarian costs.  Cash donations are not used to offset general operating costs of the shelter.

All you need is your utility account number and a credit card and you can pay your current year utility bills online.

You are now able to view information related to properties located in the city. You can check property assessments and
view legal property descriptions and property tax and utility levies.

Pet owners can renew their existing dog licences online quickly and easily. Simply enter the licence number and pay the balance due. Where required, a new tag will be sent in the mail.

We've made it easier for legal firms to obtain property tax certificates for clients. Now registered users can make online payments to their tax certificate accounts and obtain tax certificates online.

Tax Certificates are also available by users of BC Online at www.bconline.gov.bc.ca

Bylaw notices include tickets for parking, noise violations, unsightly premises, and other bylaw infractions. You must have a ticket number in order to proceed with payment. Please enter the letter 'B' in front of the ticket number, for example, B0012345. If you do not know the ticket number, please contact Bylaw & Animal Services at 604-927-7387.

If you have received a Business Licence Renewal invoice from us, you can pay for this online by Visa or MasterCard.
