There are currently over 80 municipal Parks and Natural Areas in Coquitlam totalling over 2200 acres in area. Coquitlam's parks take many forms and sizes ranging from smaller neighbourhood parks and playgrounds to larger city parks that are destinations for residents of the entire region.
