As conditions improve around the now-ended air quality advisory and the nearby fire in Belcarra, Coquitlam’s Summer Concert event tonight featuring Classic Elton will continue, but residents are advised to enjoy the event safely. Learn more at coquitlam.ca/news. 

Live Music in the Park

Kick back and enjoy some family-friendly fun with the return of Coquitlam’s Summer Concert Series, with a spectacular musical line-up for 2026. Pack a snack or grab a bite onsite for our Friday concerts this summer.

This year’s powerhouse performers will be on stage for two full 45-minute sets each night, hosted by a phenomenal lineup of emcees. Concerts are free to attend and food trucks will be open from 6 to 9 p.m. for business in the park.

August 7: Classic Elton

Town Centre Park, 7 – 9 p.m. Sponsor band - Polygon HomesGet ready for the ultimate Elton John experience with Classic Elton! Andrew Johns takes the stage in a spectacular tribute show that celebrates the iconic music and dazzling showmanship of the Rocket Man himself. Backed by a full nine-piece band, complete with a powerful horn section and soulful backup singers. Featuring all of Elton John's greatest hits, the show will have you singing along, clapping, and dancing in your seat.

Food trucks: open 6 - 9 p.m.

September 4: The Country Divas

Town Centre Park, 7 – 9 p.m.

The Country Divas is an engaging, Vegas-style theatre production celebrating the music of country music’s most iconic artists, including Shania Twain, Dolly Parton, The Chicks, Patsy Cline, Reba McEntire, Faith Hill & Linda Ronstadt. Featuring a captivating band, electrifying dancers, powerful vocals, dazzling costumes & multi-media, this show will have you smiling, moving and singing along to your favourite country hits!
