Sponsor a Popular Event

Coquitlam Celebrates Canada Day

Join other successful businesses at the largest Canada Day event in the Tri-Cities, attracting a varied and diverse demographic totalling more than 70,000. This year will be extra special as Coquitlam celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday.



Kaleidoscope Arts Festival

Gain exposure at this premier summer event, which will feature a headlining musical artist attracting crowds from all over the Lower Mainland. This Aug. 1​1 festival highlights the best in music, dance and the arts, with food trucks, craft beer and family-friendly entertainment.

Block Party Program

Strengthen ties with your customers based on shared values. The Block Party program brings residents together in gatherings that range from a potluck meal in someone’s backyard to large-scale on-street gatherings that include bouncy castles and barbecues.

Neighbourhood Nights

Looking for a strategic way to build relationships with Coquitlam residents? These family-friendly gatherings take place at local parks, where neighbours come together to meet old friends and make new ones. They enjoy free snacks, find out what’s going on in their neighbourhood, create crafts and play games.

Lights at Lafarge

This much-loved event draws crowds from near and far to mark the start of the largest free lights display in the Lower Mainland. Showcase your business on Nov. 2​4, 2018 and gain exposure to more than 100,000 people over the course of the ​winter lights display.

Recreation Programs

A number of opportunities are available to sponsor Coquitlam recreation programs, such as monthly free swim or skate days at Poirier or City Centre recreation centres.

Poirier Forum

Get your name noticed by becoming the name sponsor of this much-loved sports structure, which is used by hundreds of thousands of people each year. The Poirier Forum plays host to recreational and competitive athletes as well as residents and visitors who come together for markets, cultural events and more. It’s the only facility of its kind in the Tri-Cities, located in a highly visible location, with more than 2.1 million vehicles passing by each year.
