Program Description:
This course is for internationally-trained professionals who have reached Canadian Language Benchmark 6 or are placed at least at level one in the Douglas College EASL program based on the EASL Department assessment. The course is designed for individuals who wish to upgrade their English language skills for the purposes of:
• Improving student’s English communication skills
• Improving student’s workplace communication skills

Client Profile / Eligibility Criteria:
Open Enrolment – General Admission completed BC secondary school graduation or equivalent in another school system or 19 years of age or older. English Proficiency required, check the program website for detailed information.

Registration Information:
After applying to the college as a credit course student, book a language assessment at the English as a Second Language Department office at Room B2002.

Start Dates / Duration:
This 14 week program is offered in two semesters – Fall and Winter
