Submissions are received by the City before the closing date and time indicated in the documents listed below.
Instructions for Submissions
Submissions are to be uploaded through QFile, the City’s file transfer service accessed at qfile.coquitlam.ca
- In the “Recipient Email” field enter: bid@coquitlam.ca (ensure email address is correct, otherwise re-submit.)
- In the “Subject Field” enter: Bid Number and Name
- Add files in Adobe.pdf format and Send (ensure you receive 2 emails from Qfile to confirm upload is complete)
