Submissions are received by the City before the closing date and time indicated in the documents listed below. Submissions that are less than 10 MB are to be attached to an email sent to: citypurchasing@coquitlam.ca

For submissions 10MB or larger, go to the City’s file transfer website: http://qfile.coquitlam.ca

Once logged in, enter citypurchasing@coquitlam.ca as the recipient’s email, enter the bid Number and Title in the subject field and upload the submission in Adobe pdf format.
