Coquitlam Watershed Tours for BC Drinking Water Week
Do you know where your water comes from? From May 20 to May 26, 2013 the City of Coquitlam will celebrate BC Drinking Water Week by offering two public bus tours to the Coquitlam Watershed on May 25, 2013.
We will also be hosting a Drinking Water Week tent with games and prizes at the Coquitlam Farmers Market on May 26, 2013.

Neighourhood Swap Meet - May 25, 2013
As the saying goes . . . one person's junk is another person's treasure. Come to our Neighbourhood Swap Meet and pick out your own treasure at the Glen Pine Pavilion.
A new feature this year will be the Seniors Shredding Event. Protect yourself from identity theft, bring your discarded personal documents and have them properly destroyed. The shredding will be located in the Glen Pine Pavilion cul-de-sac from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Admission is free!
Parking will be available at Coquitlam City Hall, 3000 Burlington Drive.
Swap Meet tables can be reserved starting Thursday, March 14 for $12.00/per table.

Festival Coquitlam's Como Lake Fishing Derby - May 26, 2013
Join in the fun at the Como Lake Fishing Derby, a free event for those 16 years and under. There will be prize giveaways as well as a pancake breakfast for a nominal fee. Prizes will be awarded for a variety of catches from largest and smallest fish caught, to the strangest catch of the day.
