Councillor Selina Robinson

Selina lives with her husband, Dan and children, Aaron and Leya in Ranch Park since 1994.
Selina was elected to Council in 2008.
She graduated from SFU with a B.A. (Hon) in 1987 and an M.A. in Counselling Psychology in 1991 and has practiced individual, couple and family therapy in a variety of settings since 1989.
Selina has worked in the non-profit social service sector for most of her professional career, most recently as the Director of Fund Development for SHARE Family and Community Services. Selina currently operates a private family therapy practice.

Formerly, Selina has served as a Member of the Fraser Health Government Advisory Committee, Chair of the City/School Board Liaison Committee, Vice Chair of the Engineering, Utilities and Environment Standing Committee, Vice Chair of the Maillardville Commercial and Cultural Revitalization Task Force, Vice Chair of the Recreation, Sports & Culture Standing Committee, Vice Chair of the Cultural Advisory Committee, Member of the Coquitlam Library Board, Vice Chair of the Sport Council, Member of the Land Use and Economic Development Standing Committee, and Member of the Strategic Priorities, Administration and Protective Services Standing Committee
