Animals for Adoption

Viewing: Other

Hazel is a big girl who we believe was likely a younger rabbit when she came to us as she has grown quite a bit. Hazel is quite friendly and approachable, but still needs a gentle and experienced owner. Rabbits require a lot of care and a large enclosure to make sure they get the physical and mental stimulation they need. Hazel is currently on medication for an infection and has a head tilt, we are hoping this will clear up but occasionally they will always have a bit of a tilt. Hazel has been vaccinated for the RHD2 virus.

All the animals that arrive at the Shelter are stray. The information that we have on the animals has been gathered since their arrival at the Shelter, with the help of our volunteers. We do our best to assess the animals and disclose everything we know regarding health and temperament to interested adopters.

Adoption applications are available at the Shelter only. The application review process can take between 24-48 hours. The Shelter does NOT do same day adoptions.
