Inspiration Garden

The Inspiration Garden is dedicated to growing, developing and supporting gardeners in the community. We have programs for the whole family from March to October. Subscribe and receive the latest Inspiration Garden news. Come, bee inspired... and inspire others!

Location & Hours of Operation

We're located in Town Centre Park, corner of Guildford Way and Pipeline Road (map). Open to the public, dawn to dusk.

Plant of the Week – Phlox paniculata

Phlox paniculataSummer phlox is a wonderful summer blooming perennial that comes in a variety of colours. The flowers attract bees, butterflies and hummingbirds, and look good as part of a border. Many disease resistant varieties are commonly available on the market.

Budding Gardeners

Green Kids

Garden U Series

Buggin' Out

For the not so shy! Campers will learn about the creepy crawlers that are beneficial in the garden. A great camp that complements school curriculum. 6 – 11 years | Register Now

Young Urban Farmers

Learn about basic food gardening and start your own mini gardens to take home. 6 – 11 years | Register Now

The Young Botanist

Great for the inquisitive kid to learn about the study of plants. Give your kids a head start! 6 – 10 years | Register Now

Community Gardens

The community gardens will feature 34 raised plots, available to rent on a yearly basis, to Coquitlam residents (18+ years). At this time, there are no garden plots available however, if you would like to add your name to the waitlist, please complete and submit the online Garden Plot Request Form.
