The Inspiration Garden is dedicated to growing, developing and supporting gardeners in the community. Drop by and bee inspired!

Location & Hours of Operation

We're located in Town Centre Park, corner of Guildford Way and Pipeline Road (map). Open to the public, dawn to dusk. The garden is staffed Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Check for the garden host on duty sign.

What's Happening

Free Family Drop-In at the Garden

Drop-in anytime and participate in exciting, nature based crafts and activities. Learn about composting, life in the soil, plants and get a chance to meet our resident worms! Children must be supervised by a parent/caregiver.

Introduction to Natural Dyeing

Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in volunteering!  Our Adult Volunteer Program and Youth Volunteer Program are now full. Please check back in Spring 2016 for more opportunities to volunteer in the garden.

Community Gardens

The City of Coquitlam oversees two community gardens with plots available to rent on a yearly basis to Coquitlam residents (18 years +). The Coquitlam Community Gardens at the Inspiration Garden features 36 raised plots and the Scott Creek Community Gardens (located just above the Coquitlam Crunch Parking lot off of Lansdowne Drive) features 27 raised plots and 2 wheelchair accessible plots. 

At this time, there are no garden plots available; however, if you would like to add your name to the waitlist, please complete and submit the online Garden Plot Request Form
