Town Centre Park Community Garden and Greenhouse Project

Coquitlam has been awarded the 2013 Fortis BC Community Day of Giving to occur on Saturday, June 15. Fortis BC will donate $30,000 to pay for the materials and supplies to create a community garden with raised garden plots and a hoop house adjacent to the Inspiration Garden in Town Centre Park. Approximately 150 Fortis BC employees and their families will contribute their free time and effort to create a new amenity for our local community to use and enjoy.

Programming for the site is currently being developed. If you are interested in garden plots, please contact Parks and Facilities customer service by phone 604-927-6300 or email parks@coquitlam.ca.
