Yoga: Hatha Intermediate

Progression into intermediate yoga exercises. Some yoga experience required. 

Date: Wednesdays, Sept. 12 – Oct. 24 & Nov. 7 – Dec. 12
Time: 6:30 – 8 p.m.
Cost: $64.05 (Sept. – Oct.) & $54.90 (Nov. – Dec.)

Cycle Fit Drop-in

Saddle up! Our instructors will take you on a ride with intense drills which may include tabata, visualizations, hills and sprints. Cycle Fit is always low impact with maximum benefits!

Dates: Tuesdays & Thursdays, Sept. 4 – Dec. 27
Times: 12:30 – 1:15 p.m.
Cost: Regular Admission

Cycle & Sculpt

The best of both worlds! A great cardiovascular workout followed by resistance training off the bike.

Dates: Tuesdays & Saturdays
Times: 7 – 8 p.m. (Tuesdays) & 8:05 – 8:55 a.m. (Saturdays)

Youth Centres

Come hang out with us at one of our Youth Centres. ​It's a great place to start to get more information about youth leadership and volunteer opportunities.

Registration for fall programs (September to December) begins Wednesday, July 25 at 12 a.m. for online registration and 6 a.m. for in person or phone registration.
