Line Trail Loop

Get some fresh air after work on this beginner hike. Ascending up steep mountain bike trails and old roads to the top of the power lines on Burke Mountain, this hike will take in views of Eagle Ridge and Pitt Meadows. As you hike you’ll be able to see the reappearing spring vegetation in a mature second growth forest. Roundtrip distance is 5.4 km with an elevation gain of 300 m. Participants will be notified of meeting location prior to the hike. | Register Now

Popup-Playground-3Pop-up Adventure Playground

Don’t expect the typical colourful play equipment like fixed swings and slides in this playground. Play, build, and let kids be kids! Adventure playgrounds emphasize the importance of unstructured play.

This free drop-in play space will encourage kids age three to 12 to let their imaginations run wild as they play with planks of wood, hammers, nails, tires, tarps and other materials.​ Learn More
