Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex

The Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex is a 190,000 square foot, ice and fitness facility with a lap pool, a leisure therapy pool, a relaxation area with whirlpool, steam room and dry sauna, diving boards, indoor fitness track and a number of accessible features.

It offers a variety of ice skating, aquatic, fitness and dry floor programs as well as drop-in classes. It's also the home of the Coquitlam Sports Hall of Fame and there is some great amateur, championship-level hockey and lacrosse to enjoy with a licensed café.

We want to hear from you!

Please share your feedback and comments about our programs and tell us how we're doing.

What's Happening

New LockersNew Lockers

Have you seen our new lockers yet? We recently installed new lockers at the facility that can be locked using your ONE PASS card. These new lockers are:

  • The most secure locking and latch system available
  • Ergonomically designed
  • GREENGUARD certified as a low-emitting material
  • Made with 30% pre-consumer recycled HDPE plastic

The lockers are safe, secure and easy to use. Here's how:

  • Choose a locker — lockers with a 25¢ sticker require quarters; all other lockers require a ONE PASS to lock
  • Push the handle up and to the right to open
  • Place your belongings inside
  • Put your ONE PASS or quarter into the slot on the inside of the locker door; if using your ONE PASS, be sure the edge with the hole-punch goes in first
  • Close the locker
  • Turn and remove the key

That's it! If you have questions, ask a lifeguard.
