For Heidi, fitness is DANCING! This is her story…
“I have been dancing for many years and started participating in Zumba classes 4 years ago. I thought it might be too much for me at my age, but then I saw two more senior friends of mine doing it and having fun and decided to try. I now attend Zumba classes four times a week in addition to two other dance classes.
My life has been changed; I have become healthier physically and mentally, got my diabetes under control, and have met many like-minded, health-conscious people, who turned into great friends. Fitness is absolutely fun, and the benefits are so good – so I’ll just keep on dancing!”
