My fitness journey began in 1995 with attending fitness classes, and shortly thereafter decided to take the next step and become an all-level fitness instructor. A believer in lifelong learning, I continually add new fitness formats to my repertoire (such as beginner weight training, aqua fit, yoga, Pilates) with a specialization in instructing older adults. I wanted to do and learn more, so I became a Supervisor of Fitness Leaders (SFL) to enable me to present at fitness conferences, assist other instructors in becoming certified, host yoga retreats, and much more.
Whatever age or stage you’re at, let fitness be your path to optimal health. "
