Reminder: July and August Recreation Programs

Important Dates

  • Monday, May 17 – Programs are visible online
  • Wednesday, May 19 – Online registration begins at 8:30 a.m.
  • Thursday, May 20 – Phone-in / in-person registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

Online registration is available 24/7 at coquitlam.ca/registration. Phone-in registration is available at 604-927-4386, weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (except for statutory holidays) and weekends 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Get Ready Campers!

Kids’ Outdoor Summer Camps


Enjoy hands-on activities, games and trail exploration in Outdoor Adventures full-day camp; hit the trails in a beginner Mountain Biking full-day camp; or play sports and other fun activities in full and half-day Sports Camps.
 
Join us for interactive games and activities in Pinetree and Poirier full-day camps; or get creative in half-day Arts and Crafts Camp. All of these camps are for ages five to 11. Kids should bring a change of clothes, lunch snacks and a pre-filled water bottle.

More Fitness Classes Available


Good news – we’ve added more outdoor fitness classes in parks throughout Coquitlam. If outdoor fitness classes aren’t your thing, there is still lots of virtual programs available for all levels of fitness, too.
 
Fitness offerings include Fit 360, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Low Impact, Pilates, Zumba and more.

YOUth Sport League


Develop sports skills in July and August in preparation for our fun, all-levels sports leagues launching later this year. Sign up for YOUth League Skills Development – all levels are encouraged – come have some fun getting active in a non-competitive environment. Skills and drills will be the focus until game play is allowed again.

Reminder: One Set at a Time

Skating and Swimming Lessons


Skating and swimming lessons are available for all ages but remember, only register for one set of lessons at a time. You may register for the next set of lessons on the last day of the current set.
 
Please note, you will be withdrawn from the later programs if you are registered in more than one set of lessons at a time.
