CCAC Annual Maintenance Closure

Sept. 7 to Oct. 4


City Centre Aquatic Complex will be closed for annual maintenance from Sept. 7 – Oct. 4 while we perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure the facility continues to meet the needs of our community.

Looking for other places to swim during the closure? Alternate swim options include:

  • Spani Outdoor Pool (655 Hillcrest Street) open until Oct. 3

  • Eagle Ridge Outdoor Pool (2689 Guildford Way) open until Oct. 3

  • Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex (633 Poirier Street)


Outdoor pools are cash only; please check opening hours and availability prior to visiting.

Now Available for Use


The ONE PASS is now valid at all Coquitlam recreation facilities for both pre-registered and drop-in programs. Options include a 10-visit Pass; a 30-day Pass; a new 30-day Continuous Pass; and a 365-day Pass. Note: all outdoor pools are cash-only, and drop-in fees remain $2 for all ages until the end of the season.

Join the Light Brigade

Park Spark Volunteer Opportunity


Looking for ways to connect with the community safely this fall? Get involved with the Park Spark Light Brigade with Lights at Lafarge. Opportunities are available for individuals, organizations and businesses to participate by creating pop bottle tulips, participating in light-making workshops or leading caroling nights throughout the season, or at Jingle Bells Night.

Blue Mountain Park Master Plan

Heading to a Coquitlam park to play sports? The Park Spark team is encouraging residents to borrow sports equipment from our libraries while at the park. Click the link below to view a full list of free sports equipment libraries.
 
Interested in adopting a library? We’re looking for volunteers to monitor sports equipment libraries, keep them well-stocked and in good condition. Email parkspark@coquitlam.ca for more info.

Financial Assistance for Recreation

The City relaunched its Financial Assistance for Recreation (FAR) – formerly known as Get Connected, Get Active (GCGA) program – providing an easier sign-up experience and more recreation options. Eligible Coquitlam residents receive 50 free drop-in visits and a $225 credit to be used for admissions, passes and programs of their choice.
