Celebrating our Volunteers

Volunteer Week April 24 to 30

As we head into National Volunteer Week, we want to acknowledge the many volunteers who support important programs and services throughout our community. To all of Coquitlam’s volunteers—whether you are active right now or not, and whether you volunteer in a formal program or not—never doubt that you are making a difference.

If you have some spare time on your hands or you need to fulfill volunteer hours for school, the City has great volunteer opportunities where you can experience the joy and fulfilment of giving back to the community. Visit our website to learn more.

Tell Us Your Fitness Story

What does fitness mean to you? We’re collecting stories about health, wellness and fitness from the community to inspire and celebrate healthy living.

Did you experience improvements to your mental health or changes to your energy and strength? Maybe you found a group fitness class that is now a weekly routine. Whatever your experience or story, we want to hear it!
