Coquitlam Offers Free “Try-It” Fitness Classes

COQUITLAM, BC, Aug. 30, 2017 – Coquitlam is offering a number of “Try-It” fitness classes this fall for free! These classes are a chance for participants of all ages to try a new activity before committing to a registered program.

Classes include:

  • Family Kickboxing (8 years and over)
  • Ballet Fit
  • Kickboxing
  • Girls Only Yoga (youth 11-16 years)
  • Essentrics
  • Functional Fitness
  • Tai Chi

Participants will have the opportunity to register for more sessions throughout the year via Coquitlam’s regular recreation programming opportunites.

Physical activity benefits the whole family and can result in:
