Drop-in Recreation Pass for Students — Only $20

COQUITLAM, BC, Sept. 20, 2019 – Coquitlam’s School’s Out! Pass allows students in grades K – 12 to keep active and have fun during the school year without breaking the bank.

The 2019/20 School’s Out! Pass is valid for all drop-in activities during school breaks and district-wide Pro-D days through to April 17, 2020. Available for only $20, the pass is intended to increase access to participation while reducing financial barriers for families.

The School’s Out! Pass provides access to all drop-in programs at all Coquitlam recreation facilities, including:

  • Indoor pools
  • Gym and sports programs, such as drop-in basketball or badminton
  • Fitness centres (some age restrictions apply)
  • Drop-in fitness classes (some age restrictions apply)

While the pass is not valid during regular school days or weekends, it does provide 35 days of recreation access on the following dates:

  • Sept. 20, 2019
  • Oct. 25, 2019
  • Dec. 21, 2019 – Jan. 5, 2020 | Winter Break
  • Feb. 14, 2020
  • Feb. 28, 2020
  • Mar. 14 – 29, 2020 | Spring Break
  • Apr. 17, 2020

You can purchase your School’s Out! Pass online at www.coquitlam.ca/signmeup or in person at these locations:

  • Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex (633 Poirier St.)
  • City Centre Aquatic Complex (1210 Pinetree Way)
  • Pinetree Community Centre (1260 Pinetree Way)
  • Dogwood Pavilion (1655 Winslow Ave.)
  • Glen Pine Pavilion (1200 Glen Pine Crt.)
