by GS GS |

COQUITLAM, BC, Thursday, December 4, 2014 – Vendors and visitors participating in the 34th Annual Coquitlam Craft Fair this weekend (December 5-7) at Dogwood Pavilion are encouraged to note the following parking information.

The main driveway entrance to the Dogwood Pavilion (624 Poirier Street) parking lot will be open, and accessible parking stalls in front of Dogwood will be available.

Pedestrian access to the Centennial Pavilion (620 Poirier Street) and the Poirier Community Centre (630 Poirier Street) is restricted and available only through the Dogwood Pavilion.

Additional parking is available at the Poirier Sport and Leisure Centre, at the Poirier Library, People’s Court (tennis bubble) and at the Poirier Administration building. Visit www.coquitlam.ca/pdff to view a parking map.

Those visiting the Craft Fair will note the construction of Coquitlam’s new Covered Dry Floor Facility in the lot adjacent to Dogwood Pavilion. Once complete, the new $3.9 million, 23,000 square foot Covered Dry Floor Facility will be a multi-purpose facility for sports such as lacrosse, ball hockey and soccer, but it will also provide a space for community events such as craft markets.

For more information on the facility, please visit www.coquitlam.ca/pdff. For information on booking the facility after completion, please email bookings@coquitlam.ca
