Information for Multi-Family Homes

The City does not provide solid waste collection services to multi-family dwellings (townhouses, condominiums and apartment buildings) and does not collect fees from those facilities.  If residents of multi-family dwellings do not currently participate in recycling or organics collection programs through their building managers, Metro Vancouver has developed useful information for strata councils, property managers and residents to help them get started on these programs.
