Completion of the YMCA, Community Police Station and Park-and-Ride is anticipated by the end of 2022. The southern sections of the redesigned Burquitlam Park will be opened for public use upon completion of the YMCA and Rental Tower phases between the end of 2022 and mid-2023, with the completed park and amenities to follow.
