Princeton Park

Princeton Park is a 0.7 acre community park site in the Upper Hyde Creek Neighbourhood of Burke Mountain. Princeton Park was officially opened on June 20, 2017. 

Designed for all members of the family, play elements and amenities are based on an outdoor nature theme and include: 

  • a park entry feature with plantings to provide seasonal colour;
  • play areas for children and youth of all ages, interests and abilities;
  • built-in seating by the playground;
  • informal grass areas for picnicking; and
  • a fully accessible pathway within the park.

Park Play: ​Friday, Sept. ​8 | 5 – 7:30 p.m.

Join us for games, sports, crafts, and storytelling!

  • Activities are weather dependent
  • Suitable for kids 1 – 6 years

This is a drop-in service and children are free to come and go as they wish. Leaders are not responsible for children once they leave the area. Parent participation ​required.​ Visit for more information.
