Fitness

group fitnessMost of our fitness drop-ins are available for those 13 years and up.* Teens 13 –15 years must complete a youth fitness orientation prior to working out.

*Classes at Dogwood Pavilion and Glen Pine Pavilion are open to adults 19 years and up.

Sports & Active Play

Whether it's a drop-in session for you and your child or a game of volleyball in the evening, our drop-ins are a great way to add physical activity ​and flexibility into your busy schedule.

Due to space limitations, participants with a valid and current ONE PASS are allowed to call-in to reserve a spot for themselves, starting at 8 a.m. the morning of the activity. To reserve a sp​ot, call 604-927-6960​.
