group fitnessMost of our fitness drop-ins are available for those 13 years and up.* Teens 13 –15 years must complete a youth fitness orientation prior to working.

*Classes at Dogwood Pavilion and Glen Pine Pavilion are open to adults 19 years and up.

Registration begins Wed, May 11 at 8:30 a.m.Whether it's a drop-in session for you and your child or a game of volleyball in the evening, our drop-ins are a great way to add physical activity ​and flexibility into your busy schedule.



Reserving Space

Pinetree Community Centre: For all adult sports drop-ins, including ​7+ badminton and table tennis, participants with a valid ONE PASS, ​a spot can be reserved starting at 8 a.m. on the morning of the drop-in. To reserve a space, either attend in person or call 604-927-6960​.
