The Multiculturalism Strategic Plan was developed under a matching grant with Citizenship and Immigration Canada. The Plan focuses on change within the City organization to make the City more welcoming, inclusive and responsive to the increasingly diverse residents of Coquitlam.

Child Care

The City of Coquitlam recognizes that addressing the provision of high quality child care facilitates early childhood development, enables parents to work and contribute to the local economy, strengthens neighbourhoods and helps to build a more attractive stable and complete community.
