Connect with Coquitlam

At the City of Coquitlam, we are committed to ensuring timely and transparent communications with our community through a comprehensive multi-media strategy. We recognize that while people are interested in what is going on in their community, they are also busy. Since different people prefer to get information in different ways, we offer a number of self-select options to receive City updates.

In addition to the options highlighted on this page, we use printed handouts, posters, and digital screens in City facilities, as well as digital readerboards at the Poirier Sport and Leisure Complex, Austin Service Centre, and Burke Mountain Firehall. For larger public education and safety campaigns, we invest in both print and digital advertising as well as mail outs directly to residents. Our efforts extend to the City website and other digital tools, such as e-newsletters, to enhance accessibility through translation features and assistive technology.
