Construction upgrades are completed to the 4.4-acre (1.8-hectare) site in the Upper Hyde Creek neighbourhood. The park concept was developed by the City, based upon public feedback received and the review of amenities in other parks and schools in the neighborhood. View the final design (PDF).

This site was previously referred to as Wesbild’s Parcel D9 and locally known as the “Ranch Property.
An OCP amendment was approved by Council to remove the Special Study Area and facilitate a townhouse development and a 4.4-acre (1.8-hectare) enhanced neighbourhood park.
