What: Traffic Signal Equipment Upgrades

Where: Intersection of Barnet/Lougheed Highway and Pinetree Way (Location Map)

When: Tuesday, August 11 (weather dependent). Due to the high traffic volumes in the area and overall public safety, work will take place during night time hours between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Impacts: There will be traffic delays. In order to complete this work, traffic signals at intersection will be temporarily out of service and traffic control personnel will be in place to direct road users. Please plan an alternate route to avoid delays or plan extra time when using this route.

Driver Safety Reminder:
When traveling through the construction zone, please:

• Drive with extreme caution and follow construction speed limits.
• Keep a close watch for work crews and heavy machinery.
• Obey all construction signage and instructions from traffic personnel.
