COQUITLAM, B.C., September 23, 2026 – The City of Coquitlam has launched a new online platform for accessing Council and Committee meeting information, simplifying how residents watch meetings, find agendas and minutes, and access information about local government decisions.

The new eAgenda platform provides improved access to meeting agendas, minutes and supporting documents through a modern, user-friendly interface. Residents can watch current and past meetings, search meeting content and access information from a desktop computer, tablet or mobile device.

The launch is part of the City's ongoing commitment to improving public access to information and enhancing digital services for the community.

Improved Access to Meeting Information

Starting September 25, residents visiting the Agendas and Meetings section of the City's website will notice a new look and improved functionality, including:

• New streaming technology that provides an enhanced experience for watching Council online.
• Easier navigation between meeting agendas, minutes and supporting documents.
• Improved search tools to help users quickly find agendas, minutes and other meeting information.
•  Enhanced accessibility features to make meeting information easier for more people to access.
•  A responsive, mobile-friendly experience for viewing meeting materials on any device. 
• Convenient access to current and archived Council and Committee meeting records.

Supporting Transparency and Public Engagement

Council agendas, reports and meeting records are important tools that help residents understand how decisions are made and stay informed about issues affecting the community. The new eAgenda platform strengthens public access to these materials while providing a user-friendly and reliable experience for users.

Residents can continue to access Council and Committee meeting information, watch live meetings and view archived recordings through the City's website at coquitlam.ca/CouncilMeetings.
