A large house is being relocated next week and some rolling overnight road closures will take place to accommodate the move.
Starting at 10 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 28 until 5 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 29, the following streets will be impacted:
- Aspen St.
- Foster Ave. (between Aspen St. and Whiting Way)
- Whiting Way (between Foster Ave. and Cottonwood Ave.)
- Cottonwood Ave. (Whiting Way and Marshall St.)
- Marshall St. (Cottonwood Ave. and Smith Ave.)
- Smith Ave. (Marshall St. and Clarke Rd.)
- Emerson St. (Regan Ave. and Como Lake Ave.)
- Como Lake Ave. (between Clarke Rd. and Blue Mountain St.)
- Blue Mountain St. (between Como Lake Ave. and Floyd Ave.)
Starting at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 29 until 5 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 30, the following streets will be impacted:
- Blue Mountain St. (between Floyd Ave. and Lougheed Hwy.)
- Lougheed Hwy. (between Blue Mountain St. and King Edward – no closure will be in effect, but this section of road will have minor traffic disruptions)
- King Edward (between Lougheed Hwy. and River Dock – no closure will be in effect, but this section of road will have minor traffic disruptions)
Crews will be in place to assist with the move and street parking will be restricted along the route. Roads will reopen shortly after the large house passes through each location.
