In order to be eligible the nominee must meet one or more of the criteria listed below. Please indicate which criteria the nominee’s activities meet through their environmental volunteerism in Coquitlam.

Example: waste reduction and recycling, climate action, water conservation, food security/gardening, sustainable transportation, etc.
