Facility Update: Childminding Cancellation, June 16 & 18

We regret to inform you that childminding is cancelled for this week: June 16 and 18. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Amenities

The City Centre Aquatic Complex (CCAC) is an aquatic and fitness facility with:

  • Eight-lane Olympic-sized lap pool with diving boards
  • Free-form wave pool with lazy river, slide, water sprays and waves
  • Relaxation area with dry sauna, steam room and whirlpool 
  • Fitness centre (View equipment list)
  • Café

  • Mondays to Saturdays 5:30 a.m. – 10 :30 p.m.
  • Sundays 7 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Note: The front desk closes 15 minutes prior to the facility closing.

Women’s Only Time

On statutory holidays, from 8 to 10 a.m. City Centre Aquatic Complex is open to women and girls.

  • Women are welcome to bring male children up to the age of five years.
  • The lobby and facility opens to the general public at 10:30 a.m.

Childminding at City Centre Aquatic Complex

Finding time for fitness can be a challenge — that’s why we’re here to help. Parents and caregivers can enjoy a workout, swim or class while their child (ages 6 months to 5 years) is cared for in a safe, engaging space with age-appropriate activities. Our first-aid trained staff are committed to creating a positive and secure experience for every child.

  • Drop-in fee: $3.55 per child
  • Ages: 6 months – 5 years
  • Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:15 – 8:15 p.m.
  • Pre-registration 48 hours in advance is recommended
