Picnic Shelters

Picnic Season Request Form will be available to complete and submit on March 10, 2025 at 9 a.m., fill out the picnic rental request form.

The Picnic Season dates are April 1, 2025-September 30, 2025.

In the off season (October to March), picnic shelters are available for use on a first-come, first-served basis.

Capacity:  500 people maximum

Fees:

  • 1 to 100 people: $121
  • 101 to 500 people: 
    • Community Organizations (Coquitlam based, non-profit groups) – $149
    •  Private (individual or groups not classified as either Commercial or Community Organizations) – $302
    • Commercial (any business) – $452
      *an additional damage deposit is required.

Amenities:  washrooms, water, electrical (electrical only available with a rental)

Other Outdoor Space Rentals

The Rose Garden and Blue Mountain Waterfall are fantastic locations if you’re looking for a scenic ceremony site and/or picture taking session. These facilities are available for a nominal charge and must be booked in advance.

A beautiful rose garden featuring over 800 roses with brick pathways, raised planters and archways covered in blooms.

Location: 624 Poirier Street

Capacity: 50 people

Amenities:  electrical available, no water or washrooms
