As January comes to a close, we continue to offer a variety of programs and classes. We have Fitness and Dance classes returning to our schedule at both pavilions.
 Masks continued to be worn in our facilities and are highly recommended during exercise classes but if you choose to remove your mask, you may do so only when you are in your spot.

  • Masks must be worn between exercising. Therefore, if someone is walking to another machine in a weight-room or across a room to get equipment they will be required to wear their mask. 
  • Group Fitness classes patrons are to wear their mask until they get to their spot

 February 1 – we wish everyone celebrating the Lunar New Year all the very best wishes for a happy, healthy and prosperous new year. Enjoy the festivities with family and friends. The Boulevard Cafe and the Lemon Tree Cafe are both featuring a special menu for luncheon on this day - no pre-registration required.

As the year progresses we will continue to follow the public heath orders. We plan to introduce more programs and bring back events that we have all enjoyed in the past, when it is safe to do so.

Power of Attorney
While there are four types of Power of Attorney (PoA) in B.C., most people are only familiar with one. In this workshop, we will discuss all four types, when you should assign a PoA, considerations for selecting and appointing a PoA given the duties and responsibilities, how to change a PoA (if needed), and other potential issues that may arise. Presented by a senior volunteer from COSCO –- Seniors Health and Wellness Institute.
