Hours of Operation

  • Monday – Saturday, 5:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, 7 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
  • Waterpark features and diving boards are open on a rotating schedule, 10:30 a.m. – ​8:30 p.m.

ONE PASS provides access to all of our facilities and drop-in fitness programs, such as drop-in basketball, swimming and ice skating. 




  • Childminding is available Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 9 – 11:30 a.m.​
  • Available for children six years and younger. 
    • Limited to two infant spaces (under one years old); available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • It's recommended parents stay nearby to assist with ​their child's adjustment.
  • Fees: 1.5 hours = $4.​29, 2.5 hours = $​5.​​72, 10 punch-card = $​4​7.​62 | Taxes not included.

On statutory holidays the entire facility, including the pool and fitness centre, are open to women only, with female staff, from
8 – 10 a.m. Regular admission rates apply.

AquaMats Student Specials

Aquamats-9289Looking to try out a new workout with your class mates? Our AquaMats program will have student specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10:45 a.m. and 3 p.m. In total, there are 12 mats available for use. Classes can alternate between mats and free time in the pool, depending on size. 

  • Fee – $2.40 per participant (student or teacher), tax included;

Intro to Synchronized Swimming (5 yrs+)

Synchronized SwimmingLearn fundamental swimming skills and routine techniques like patterns and timing. Participants must be comfortable in deep water. The program follows guidelines provided by Canada Artistic Swimming and is offered in partnership with the BC Aquasonics.

  • Date: Tuesday, Jan. 7 – Mar. 10
  • Time: 7 – 7:45 p.m.

Stroke Correction Drop-in (15 yrs+)

  • Date: Mondays and Wednesdays
  • Time: 7:30 – 8:15 p.m.
  • Cost: Regular Admission Rates

Swim: Breaststroke Workshop (6 – 12 yrs)

Focus is on the mechanics of whipkick, underwater pull, timing, and body positioning. This course is recommended for those who need extra help in Swim Kids 8 and up.

Getting started? Let us help! Get a fitness orientation of the facility, the equipment and its safe use. Youth 13 – 15 years must take this program to workout in the fitness centres or attend drop-in classes. Register Now
