Hours of Operation

  • Monday – Saturday, 5:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, 7 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
  • Waterpark features and diving boards are open on a rotating schedule, 10:30 a.m. – ​8:30 p.m. 

Annual Maintenance Closure

To meet public safety standards and service expectations, City Centre Aquatic Complex will undergo its annual maintenance closure from Tuesday, Sept. 4 to Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2018. 

Pool: Closed Sept. 4 | Open Oct. 11
Pool closure includes leisure pool, lap pool, diving boards, hot tub, sauna, steam rooms and childminding. 

Fitness Centre & Front Desk: Closed Sept. 4 | Open Sept. 11
The fitness centre and front desk will have special operating hours from Sept. 11 to Oct. 10:

  • Monday – Friday, 5:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, 5:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, Closed

Eagle Ridge Aquatic Centre Physiotherapy: Open regular hours
Aquatic Centre Cafe: Closed Sept. 4 | Open Oct. 11

ONE PASS provides access to all of our facilities and drop-in fitness programs, such as drop-in basketball, swimming and ice skating.

    No Length Swimming.
    Diving boards, rope swing, and zip line unavailable
    Aqua Fitness and swim classes run as scheduled.


What's Happening

Women's Swim

On statutory holidays the entire facility, including the pool and fitness centre are open to women only, with female staff, from ​8 – 10 a.m. Regular admission rates apply.

Fitness: Youth Orientation 

Getting started? Let us help! Get a fitness orientation of the facility, the equipment and its safe use. Youth 13 – 15 years must take this program to workout in the fitness centres or attend drop-in classes. Register Now!

Whether you are new to the gym or an experienced fitness lover, a personal trainer can teach you new exercises, keep you motivated and working out effectively and efficiently. Learn more!

Homeschool Swim Lessons

Take swim lessons during the day when the pool is quiet! We are offering day-time swim lessons on Fridays for school aged kids. Times and dates are available in the aquatic lesson grid.

Underwater Hockey 101

Learn how to play underwater hockey, a fun team sport played with a mask, fins and snorkel. This program is great for people looking for a new sport. All equipment will be provided. Swimmers should be comfortable in deep water.

Dates: Sundays, Oct. 14 – Nov. 4 & Nov. 25 – Dec. 16
Time: 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Cost: $24.45

Childminding Service

  • Childminding is available Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 9 – 11:30 a.m.​
  • Available for children 6 yrs. and younger. 
    Limited to 2 infant spaces (under 1 yr.); available on a first come, first serve basis.
  • It's recommended parents stay nearby to assist with ​their child's adjustment.
  • Fees: 1.5 hours = $4.05, 2.5 hours = $​5.​30, 10 punch-card = $​45.​00 | Taxes not included.

  • 2 accessible changerooms: 1 with a manual hydraulic change table; 1 wheelchair accessible washroom
