How to Make a Payment

All fees are non-refundable. When filming on City of Coquitlam property, a refundable security deposit is required. The deposit guarantees clean-up of the site and compliance with the terms agreed to by production companies.

Please make all payments in person to the Financial & Revenue Services/cashiers, located on the main floor of City Hall, 3000 Guildford Way, from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Student Filming

Note there are no fees involved for student filming. For further information, read the Student Filming Guidelines (PDF) and complete the Student Application to Film.  During peak times, the Film Office works hard to process permits as quickly as possible. However, please note that for-profit productions will take priority.
