COQUITLAM, B.C., February 19, 2025 – This Saturday, February 22, is your opportunity to cast your vote for the SD43 (Area 1 – Coquitlam) School Board trustee who will represent your voice and values, impacting families across Coquitlam.
SD43 School Board By-Election
School trustees make big decisions that impact students, families, and the community. They set the direction for our local schools, create policies, and approve budgets for the district, which includes Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore, and Belcarra. Their work shapes the quality of education in our community and ensures that local schools meet the needs of everyone they serve.
Eligible voters will elect one school trustee for the SD43 (Area 1 – Coquiltam) Board of Education. A list of candidates and their campaign profiles are available online at coquitlam.ca/vote
When to vote: Saturday, February 22, 2025 is Election Day. Polls are open from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Voting locations: There are eight voting locations around the city, open from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. All locations are wheelchair accessible. A map of these locations is available at coquitlam.ca/vote.
