COQUITLAM, B.C., June 9, 2021 – Learn how you can support an accessible community in the post-COVID era, by participating in an online speaker event on Tuesday, June 15.
Organized by the City of Coquitlam’s Universal Access-Ability Advisory Committee (UAAC), the speaker panel Promoting Accessiblity in the Post COVID-19 Era will reflect on how the pandemic has affected accessibility and discuss opportunities to improve accessibility post-COVID.

When: Tuesday, June 15 – 7-8:30 p.m.

The panel will feature:
- Lois McNary, Vice President of Sport for Special Olympics BC;
- Jenna Christianson-Barker, a faculty member for Douglas College’s Disability & Community Studies Department; and
- Ana Karanovic, Program Coordinator for the BC Wheelchair Sports Association.
