COQUITLAM, B.C., Monday, Nov. 15, 2021 – Phone services for the City of Coquitlam are among those impacted by a service outage affecting customers in Western Canada.
Due to the extreme weather, multiple fibre cuts have caused disruptions to Bell, Telus, Rogers and Virgin customers.
While the City awaits a service update, those with urgent or emergency requests related to roads and flooding are asked to contact the City’s 24/7 Engineering and Public Works email at epw@coquitlam.ca for after-hours assistance.
For less urgent matters, please use the online form located on the City’s website at coquitlam.ca/feedback or via the CoquitlamConnect app.
