Animal Shelter Donations

Cash donations are not used to offset general operating costs of the shelter but are used to directly benefit the animals such as purchasing specialized equipment or contributing to a fund for veterinarian costs.

Business Licences Renewal

Pay your Business Licence Renewal invoice online by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Bylaw Enforcement Notice Payments

Bylaw notices include tickets for parking, noise violations, unsightly premises, and other bylaw infractions. You must have a ticket number in order to proceed with payment. Please enter the letter 'B' in front of the ticket number, for example, B0012345. (If you do not know the ticket number, please contact Bylaw & Animal Services at 604-927-7387.)

Dog Licences Renewal

You can renew existing dog licences online quickly and easily by simply entering the licence number and paying the balance due. (Where required, a new tag will be sent in the mail.)

Electronic Home Owner Grant

The home owner grant is available online June 1st - Dec 31st each year. Once the grant has been claimed online, and if you have made or will be making payment of your property taxes either through your financial institution, internet banking, telephone banking, or Mortgage Company, there is no need to return the paper version of your grant to City Hall.

myCoquitlam is a secure, online service that allows you to access information about your City of Coquitlam accounts: Utility accounts, Property tax accounts and Dog Licence accounts. The service is secure, easy to use and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
