[ARCHIVED] Celebrate Family Day with a Family Activity Kit

Family Day Activity Kit

COQUITLAM, B.C., Feb. 1, 2021 – Create memories and celebrate Family Day this year with an activity kit full of activities and supplies – a perfect way to spend quality time with your family on the Family Day long weekend.

The kit contains tasty recipes, a trivia game, plus materials and suggestions on how to design a family crest and create a family tree. There are also questions and prompts for family highlights, all of which can be placed into a time capsule you can store for opening at some time in the future.

The kit also includes a groovy set list so everyone can jam out to a family dance party.

Register for Pickup

To reserve a Family Day Activity Kit, visit www.coquitlam.ca/registration and click Register for Programs. In the Events section, click Special Events and open the February Special Events drop down. Registration should be done by the parent or guardian on the family account, and only register for one kit per family.

Once registered, you can pickup your Family Day Kit at Poirier Community Centre, 630 Poirier St., from Monday, Feb. 8 to Friday, Feb. 12 between 9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 3:30 - 6:00 p.m.
