Pool hours vary by location and by day.

City Centre Aquatic Complex (CCAC): 

• Mondays–Saturdays: 5:30 a.m.–10:30 p.m.
• Sundays: 7 a.m.–10:30 p.m. 

Mundy Park Outdoor Pool typically operates from May to early September, with general public swim hours of:

• Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. 

Eagle Ridge Outdoor Pool runs seasonally as well. Check their facility webpage to see specific open hours throughout the summer.  

Poirier Sport and Leisure Complex (PSLC) is open seven days a week:

•  6 a.m.–10 p.m. (front desk closes 15 minutes prior to closing)

Note: PSLC and CCAC undergo an annual maintenance closure each year. 

Blue Mountain Wading Pool is free and open June 19–September 7, 11:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m., weather permitting.

Pool features are available to the public from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. 

• There is no fixed schedule for water features such as the waterslide or diving board. 
• Patrons can speak to a lifeguard if they're interested in having a certain feature opened. 
• Availability is subject to pool space, time, and lifeguard direction.

Pool depths vary by pool and facility:

City Centre Aquatic Complex

• Main pool: 0–13.98 ft (movable floor and bulkhead, configurable as a 50m pool or as 25m x 25m with an 8-lane, 25m competition section; depth and length can change for specific programming)
• Leisure pool: 0–4.59 ft; Hot tub: 0–3.00 ft

Poirier Sport and Leisure Complex

• Lap pool: 25m, depth 3.28–12.47 ft
• Leisure pool: 0–4.92 ft; Hot tub: 0–3.28 ft

Eagle Ridge Outdoor Pool

• 3–12 ft

Mundy Park Pool

• Lap pool: 8 lanes, 25m, depth 1m–3m (3.3–9.8 ft)
• Leisure pool: 0.1m–1.2m (0.3–3.9 ft, zero-depth entry); Warming pool: 0.95m (3.1 ft)

Blue Mountain Wading Pool

Blue Mountain Wading Pool is not heated.

Pools can be busier or partially unavailable during after-school hours and when hosting swim meets or tournaments. Weekends also tend to be busy from opening to close. We encourage visitors to check our website or call ahead before visiting to avoid disappointment.

Generally, weekday mornings and early afternoons tend to be quieter, while after-school hours, weekends, and tournament/swim meet days are busiest. During the school year, weekdays from 1–3 p.m. tend to be especially quiet. Note that weekends tend to be busy from opening to close.

Pools periodically close for required maintenance, cleaning, special events (like swim meets), or unforeseen circumstances (mechanical issues, weather, water quality incidents). 

Closures and reopening dates are posted on the facility page and updated as information becomes available. We recommend checking the website or calling ahead before your visit, especially during scheduled annual maintenance periods. 

As a general guide, CCAC's annual maintenance closure typically falls in September, while PSLC's typically falls in June – exact dates vary year to year, so please check the website for current closure dates.

There is no automatic refund or extension in these cases, though staff may offer one as a customer service gesture depending on the situation.
