1. What drop-ins are included in the pass?

The pass is valid for activities, including:

• Indoor and outdoor pools;
• Drop-in sports, including basketball, badminton and volleyball;
• Drop-in skating; and
• Fitness centre and drop-in fitness classes. Teens 13 – 15 years old must complete a fitness orientation before participating in the fitness centres and drop-in fitness classes.

2. What are the age ranges?

• Children: 0 to 12 years old
• Youth: 13 to 18 years old

3. Is this pass for Coquitlam residents only?

No, anyone within the age range can purchase the pass. Proof of age must be presented at the time of purchase.

4. What are the dates that the membership is valid?

The pass is valid from June 17 to Sept. 5, 2022. 

5. Is this pass refundable?

No, the pass is not refundable.

6. What is the adult admission with a child (under 7 years old) who has a Summer Child & Youth Pass?

One parent is free per child (under seven years) who has a $20 Summer Child & Youth Pass.

For example, in the case of a family of four with a four and six year old (both with summer passes) each parent would get in free to supervisor the children under seven. 

7. Can youth (under 16 years of age) use the pass for the fitness centre?

Yes, youth 13 – 15 years old can use the fitness centre and drop in to fitness classes if they have completed the Youth Fitness Orientation. 

8. What ages can take the Youth Fitness Orientation?

Anyone between 13 to 18 years can register for this program. Register here. 

9. Are youth able to work out alone if they complete the Youth Fitness Orientation?

Yes, once they have completed the Youth Fitness Orientation, then they will have full access to our fitness facilities.

10. What does the Youth Fitness Orientation include?

The Youth Fitness Orientation includes:

• Proper gym etiquette
• How to train safely and efficiently
• Proper use of the equipment
