We’re located in Town Centre Park, north of Guildford Way on Pipeline Road.

We’re open to the public, dawn to dusk.

Become a Park Spark Garden Volunteer

Green thumbs of all ages and abilities are encouraged to get involved, share knowledge, learn new skills and make a difference while enhancing Coquitlam’s outdoor parks spaces.

Throughout the growing season, the Park Spark team will working to keep the Inspiration Garden at its best. For information on how to become a Park Spark Garden volunteer, please email us.

Youth Urban Garden Team

Test out your green thumb, share your knowledge, learn new skills and have fun with the Youth Urban Garden team at the Inspiration Garden in Town Centre Park As a member of the team you will help care for and maintain the Inspiration Garden or other garden beds around Town Centre Park, and assist with planning other park enhancement opportunities. Fall Fun with Coquitlam Parks (All Ages)

Join Coquitlam’s Parks teams for a variety of free, family-friendly fall activities at the Inspiration Garden in Town Centre Park, rain or shine.

 Learn tips for winter gardening from City Gardeners, create elements for this year’s Lights at Lafarge display, snap a photo on our fall-themed Parks equipment and learn about the importance of Coquitlam’s tree canopy as part of Coquitlam’s Tree Spree initiative. Come dressed in costume for a chance to win a prize. For more information, email the Park Spark team.

Ask a Gardener

Stop by the Inspiration Garden to chat with an expert Gardener as they share their wealth of knowledge, expertise and passion for gardening with the Coquitlam community.

Rose Care and Pruning

Join Coquitlam's Park Spark team and the Pacific Fraser Rose Society to learn about rose care. In this workshop, we'll discuss favourable tools to use in the garden, how to prune roses, and fertilizers that can be used to help achieve the best blooms.
