How do I apply to operate as a Street Vendor?
  1. Formulate your business plan, including market research
  2. Set an appointment with a City licensing representative
  3. Complete the Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) between fall and the first Monday in March
  4. Submit a business licence application (PDF) to the City

Vendors selected to operate will then enter into a mobile vending agreement with the City. Setting up as a street vendor is a multi-step process and the final step is a business licence. Contact our office for more information on requirements.
